Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel

The Marriot Pinnacle is a world class hotel. Not only the rooms but the people are tremendous and very kind. The food there is absolutely exquisite and very appealing to the eye. Overall, great stay would recommend for others to try

Stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. Amazing views, perfect downtown location, and very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Well appointed rooms, comparable to other four star hotels in urban centres. Better than typical: 1. Our view was great, even with a basic room; 2. The pool was larger than usual, hot tub + sauna + steam was appreciated, and fitness centre was also a little larger and better appointed than usual; 3. Complementary in room water/coffee daily (as opposed to hotels that charge extra for those $1 water bottles); *service: hotel staff across the board are more engaged and helpful than many hotels (eg. a security staff notices I’m heading for an elevator loaded down with luggage and walks across the lobby to press the button for me, the front desk staff notices we have a child and offer a package with toys and crayons, event catering staff are efficient and helpful throughout, everyone smiles and acknowledges and asks if they can help with anything)- this is clearly a cultural element we don’t always notice done so well and so consistently. Overall, stands out as better in may small ways, plus with a strong positive staff culture as compared to similar hotels. We would certainly recommend.

Had a great couple nights in a king suite with a view. Price was great, staff were awesome. Very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very cozy. We had a blast walking around downtown and the inner harbour. So much to do from food to shopping, lots of cool places to see along the way.

The location is great. The room and view is had were great as was the housekeeping services. The downfall is their shower. Its a bit small and the shower doesnt leave you to get gathered up to rinse off without trying to move the shower head away. Theres a tub but ... who's going to use a tub? The gym is accommodating and has plenty of room and equipment. Also, upon checking in, she was going to charge me for the stay stating it wasn't prepaid where I had to stop her and let her know, that no, the room is intact paid in full during the duration of my stay. How does a hotel make a mistake such as that?

Stayed here once during my trip to Vancouver, and everything was smooth and comfortable. What made the stay special wasn’t just the room or the service, but the moment my daughter drove all the way from Abbotsford to visit me. We walked to a popular Japanese restaurant nearby and had a lovely dinner together — a small moment that turned into a good memory. Every trip seems to give me the right place to hold a good moment, and this hotel became one of them. I appreciated that. I’ll take some photos next time to remember it even better.Thank you

Great choice of hotel for a short stay or a business trip! Close to the convention center and shops. The room I had was tiny but cozy and it felt clean. Service was wonderful; everyone was kind and welcoming. The food was excellent! I had fish and chips via room service and WOW. Absolutely knocked it out of the park. Would stay here again!

Stayed at the Marriott Pinnacle for a two night family city break. Exceptional service, clean facilities, decent room size (though a little on the small size for a family of four), great gym and pool/hot tub/steam room/ sauna. Excellent location for exploring downtown Vancouver and accessing public transit. Would definitely stay again!
